Joel Craig Raupe is an investigative journalist who writes about local and state politics in North Carolina, constitutional issues, and radio electronics. Among many other duties, as a principle investigator for Lunar Pioneer
LLP, a thirty-three year collaboration promoting study and exploration of Earth's
Moon, Raupe has maintained the Lunar Networks blog since 2006. From 1999 to 2008, Raupe served as an administrative assistant to the minority leadership of the North Carolina Senate and House of Representatives.
